1. INTRODUCTION & PURPOSE These Sweepstakes Official Rules ("Rules") govern all promotional games and sweepstakes operated by FIZZFUN STUDIO LIMITED ("Sponsor," "we," "us," or "our"). By participating in any sweepstakes, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Rules and our incorporated Terms of Service.

Virtual Currency System:
• Gold Coins: Virtual tokens for entertainment gameplay only. No cash value, non-redeemable for prizes.
• Sweeps Coins: Can be earned through qualifying purchases (as bonus), free promotions, or Alternative Methods of Entry (AMOE). Used for gameplay and prize redemption.
2. SPONSOR IDENTIFICATION All decisions made by Sponsor FIZZFUN STUDIO LIMITED regarding sweepstakes operation, including eligibility determinations, winner selection, prize distribution, and Rule interpretation, are final and binding in all respects. 3. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Geographic Eligibility
• Legal residents of the United States (excluding Idaho and Washington residents)
• Legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec and Ontario residents)
• Must be physically located in eligible jurisdiction during participation
3.2 Age Requirement Participants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is higher. 3.3 Exclusion Criteria
• Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate companies
• Immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) of excluded employees
• Household members of excluded employees (whether related or not)
• Individuals involved in sweepstakes development, execution, or judging
3.4 Compliance Obligation Participants are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances. 4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD DEFINITION Each individual game session constitutes a separate and distinct "Sweepstakes Period," commencing at game initiation and concluding upon game completion. Sponsor may also designate specific promotional periods with defined start and end dates/times. 5. ENTRY METHODS & REQUIREMENTS 5.1 Standard Entry Methods
• Account Registration: Free account creation with valid email verification
• Daily Login Bonus: Claimable once every 24 hours through designated bonus system
• Mobile Verification: Phone number verification during registration
• Task Completion: Specified activities as announced in promotions
5.2 Alternative Method of Entry (AMOE) Participants may obtain entries through the following free methods:
• Postal Mail Entry:
   - Requirements: 4"x6" plain card or paper
   - Handwritten in legible blue or black ink
   - Must include:
     • Unique Postal Request Code
     • Full legal name (matching government-issued ID)
     • Registered email address
     • Current residential address
     • Statement: "I agree to the Terms and Sweepstakes Rules"
   - Mailing: Place in stamped envelope with return address
   - Mark "Sweepstakes Entry" on envelope exterior
   - Address: 3301 N Cheyenne Avenue & Buffalo Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89129
   - Reward: 0.2 Sweeps Coins per valid request
   - Limit: One request per participant per calendar day
5.3 Entry Management
• Sweeps Coins expire after 180 consecutive days of account inactivity
• All coins must be wagered at least once before redemption
• Prohibited: Use of automated systems, fake identities, or third-party services
6. PRIZE REDEMPTION TERMS 6.1 Prize Types
• Cash Prizes: Redeem 100+ Sweeps Coins at 1 Coin = $1 USD
• Gift Cards: Redeem 25+ Sweeps Coins at 1 Coin = $1 USD value
• Processing fees may apply (not to exceed actual transaction costs)
The above redemption rules are subject to change at any time. Please refer to the pop-up reminder at the time of redemption for specific details. 6.2 Redemption Requirements
• Payment method must match account holder's legal name
• Complete identity, age, and account verification
• One redemption request permitted per 48-hour period
• Standard processing: 7-10 business days
• Redemptions exceeding $2,500 may require extended processing and installment payments
6.3 Tax Obligations Winners are solely responsible for all applicable taxes, including income and withholding taxes. Prizes are non-transferable except to estate in case of participant death. 7. WINNER VERIFICATION PROTOCOL 7.1 Validation Process All potential wins are subject to comprehensive verification. Screen displays are preliminary and non-binding. Official winner status requires formal notification from Sponsor. 7.2 Documentation Requirements Verified winners must complete and return within specified timeframe:
• Notarized eligibility affidavit
• Liability and publicity release
• Tax acknowledgment forms
• Valid government-issued photo identification
• Canadian residents: Correct answer to time-limited mathematical skill-testing question
7.3 Disqualification Grounds Failure to meet verification requirements within designated timeframe results in automatic prize forfeiture. 8. CONDITIONS & LIMITATIONS 8.1 Participant Agreements By entering, you agree to:
• Comply with all Rules and accept Sponsor decisions as final
• Release Sponsor, affiliates, and involved entities from any liability
• Indemnify Sponsor against claims arising from Rule violations
8.2 Sponsor Rights Sponsor may:
• Cancel, suspend, or modify sweepstakes due to fraud, technical issues, or force majeure
• Disqualify participants for Rule violations or disruptive behavior
• Modify Rules with continued participation constituting acceptance
8.3 Liability Disclaimer Sponsor not responsible for:
• Technical errors, network failures, or corrupted entries
• Unauthorized intervention or human/technical errors
• Injuries or damages related to participation
• Sole remedy for lost Sweeps Coins is replacement at Sponsor's discretion
9. GENERAL PROVISIONS
• The Sponsor may suspend, cancel, or amend the Sweepstakes or its rules right now if events beyond its control (e.g., fraud or technical issues) threaten its integrity.
• Individuals who interfere with the process, violate rules, or behave in an unsportsmanlike manner may be disqualified.
• Those who deliberately disrupt the Sweepstakes may be subject to civil or criminal liability. The Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages.
• Failure to enforce a rule does not mean it is waived.
• In all other circumstances, the Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or amend the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion.
• Continued participation after changes signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
