1. BINDING AGREEMENT
This Game Statement (the "Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between FIZZFUN STUDIO LIMITED and you ("user," "player," or "your"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of all games, features, content, and related services (collectively, "Services") provided by the Company. By accessing, installing, registering for, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein. If you do not unconditionally accept these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Services and delete any installed applications.

Services are only permitted in all other states, provinces, and territories within the United States not explicitly listed above.

The Company employs multiple technological measures to enforce geographic restrictions, including but not limited to:
• Device-based GPS location services
• Apple iOS and Android operating system geolocation APIs
• IP address geolocation tracking
• Carrier network information
• Wireless network signal triangulation
• Device time zone and regional settings analysis
4.2 Accuracy Disclaimer
While the Company implements commercially reasonable measures to verify user locations, we cannot and do not guarantee 100% accuracy of location detection technologies. You are solely responsible for ensuring your compliance with geographic restrictions. The Company reserves the right to restrict access if location verification fails or appears inconsistent.
